Three dimensional (3D) printers have been on the market for a few years. The medical field is now faced with endless possibilities in medical advances. Guru of Geek, Marlo Anderson, talks with Dr. Mayasari Lim, se3d, about a new desktop bioprinting device that will help carry the medical field into new dimensions. Dr. Lim explains how se3d’s new bioprinting device has the ability to print several biological materials, including living cells in plants, animals, bacteria and yeast.
