Text on a web page too small to read? Don’t squint. Press Ctrl + Plus to zoom in. Every press makes the page a little bigger.

The Shortcut

  • Ctrl + Plus: zoom in
  • Ctrl + Minus: zoom out
  • Or hold Ctrl and scroll the mouse wheel
  • Mac: ⌘ + Plus and ⌘ + Minus

Bonus Tip: Ctrl + 0 Resets the Zoom

Press Ctrl + 0 to put the page back to its normal size. Chrome remembers your zoom setting for each website, so a site you zoom stays zoomed. On a Mac, press ⌘ + 0.
