Forgot Mary on the volunteer list? Select a row with Shift + Space, then press Ctrl + Shift + Plus. A blank row appears right there.

The Shortcut

  • Select the row first: Shift + Space
  • Ctrl + Shift + Plus: insert a row
  • Works for columns, too

Bonus Tip: Delete a Row

Ctrl + Minus deletes the selected row. Ctrl + Z brings it back.
