Need to format the whole Paid column on the volunteer list? Click any cell in it and press Ctrl + Space. The whole column is selected.
The Shortcut
- Ctrl + Space: select the whole column
- Shift + Space: select the whole row
- Works in Google Sheets and Excel
Bonus Tip: Whole Rows
Press Shift + Space to select an entire row. Great right before you delete or highlight it.
